I think its a guy trying to use the name Hang to sell his low quality instrument! Theres quite some things to read on this forum about these scams. But firstly theres no audio or video files showing the sound of it!

You can report it even if PANArt normally does it as it seems they have a patent on the word related with handpans!

Unfortunately theres more and more scams going on the Internet related with this subject. It also might increase in amount due to the fact that Christmas is close bye!

It pretty much looks like a Bali Steel Pan (US$1,200 including shipping) resold at almost twice the price.
