Yes--don"t want to bash any aspiring makers but this one (mostly as Stickydrums) has been making and selling for YEARS!

He calls them prototypes--sometimes--but he's selling at various prices them for several years now. He's a professional instrument maker. And the quality never improves above unsellable. Guess he's not changing his brand name for nothing...
And "Chinese gamelan", for X's sake? It's Javanese. What's the use of proving you don't know what you're talking about as a marketing tool?

Yes, it seems it is in an, um, unusual key. If I remember correctly from my music theory studies, it is referred to as the key of off.
